Nathan is a registrar with both the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ACSEP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). Nathan is also formerly the Director of the Australian Indigenous Doctors Association. A proud Karajarri and Yawuru descendent, Nathan has an interest in increasing Sport and Exercise Medicine care to rural and remote Australia. He is the first Indigenous Sports and Exercise Medicine Doctor in ACSEP in Australia and uses his skills to help improve Indigenous and rural health outcomes. Nathan regularly has visiting clinics in Broome and when in Perth consults at Perth Sports Medicine.
While he loves all things sports and exercise, he particularly likes the football codes, athletics, swimming and cricket. However, these days he prefers to spend his time moving heavy things around the gym.
